Banana, Date & Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

Sweetened naturally with dates, this smoothie will be your new favorite dessert!

Serves 1 person


  • 1 cup of milk

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 Tablespoon of honey

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 1 Tablespoon of creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup ice


Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend for 60 seconds. Enjoy!
